An issue was resolved where survey responses were in rare circumstances not being recorded in the Bullhorn Automation activity feed or written to the ATS, which caused candidates to report completing surveys that appeared as submitted in automation lists but lacked captured answers in the database.

Why does it matter?

We have enhanced the safety measures that prevented surveys from being marked as complete when required answers have not been successfully saved. This fix ensures survey data integrity for critical workflows such as compliance attestations, where incomplete or missing responses previously created discrepancies between list membership criteria and actual recorded data, improving reliability for compliance and data collection workflows.
